Production Description
With an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, SIPX 90% and 85% variants serve as strong, selective collectors for non-ferrous metal sulfide ores. Widely utilized in copper, molybdenum, and zinc sulfide flotation processes, they are particularly effective for auriferous iron ore flotation. These collectors demonstrate significant advantages in gold recovery rates for gold and copper-gold ores, and deliver satisfactory results with refractory copper-lead oxide ores. Commonly employed in both rougher and scavenger flotation stages.
